Taxis

The current legislation in which every one of the 22 local authorities in Wales has different standards for the operation of taxis and their drivers needs reform. We would review the current Welsh Government consultation which proposes to merge the regulation of taxis (Hackney carriage vehicles) which can be hailed on the street and operate from official taxi ranks, with private hire vehicles which cannot.
