Fair Work First

Plaid Cymru believes in decent work that pays fairly. We will adopt a Fair Work First approach to awarding public sector grants, loans and contracts. This will ensure that organisations benefiting from public money pay a living wage, give workers a genuine voice, invest in skills and workforce development, and do not make inappropriate use of zero-hours contracts.
