About the artist: Born 1947 in Sarn, South Wales, Kevin Sinnott is a contemporary Welsh artist with a truly international reputation. He trained at Cardiff College of Art & Design, Gloucestershire College of Art & Design and at the Royal College of Art, London. Kevin remained in London throughout the 1970s and 80s, building a very successful career, and exhibiting at leading London galleries, major galleries in the USA and mainland Europe. He returned to live in Wales in 1995.

His work is held at: Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York; National Museums and Galleries of Wales; National Library of Wales; Whitworth Art Gallery, Manchester; Ashmolean Museum, Oxford; British Museum; Wolverhampton City Art Gallery; Arts Council of Great Britain; Contemporary Art Society for Wales; Oxford University Chaplaincy; Royal College of Art, London; British Council; Isle of Man Arts Council; MOMA Wales.
