The Welsh Youth Job Guarantee
Faced with high levels of youth unemployment we will guarantee secure employment, on at least a Real Living Wage to every 16-24-year-old not in full-time education. We will create a National Employment Plan to set out the jobs we need to create to meet the Youth Guarantee. It will focus, in particular, on our plans for expanding jobs and training places in health, social care, childcare and education, in construction and in the low carbon economy.
