North Wales: Save our NHS Services

Labour has been running health in Wales for 19 years. They took direct control of Betsi Cadwaladr Health Board, which serves the whole of north Wales, two and a half years ago following a series of scandals and poor performance. But patients are still having to put up with the worst waiting times in Wales and many have to travel unreasonable distances to access the care they need.

We, the undersigned, call on the Cardiff Labour Government to provide the Welsh NHS with the resources it needs, to train and recruit more doctors and nurses to cut waiting times and ease pressure on hard-working NHS staff and to establish a North Wales Medical School.
