Our rural and valley areas continue to live with poor internet connectivity. Plaid Cymru would seek to invest in our digital infrastructure and guarantee a high-speed connection to every home and business.
This would in turn provide the necessary infrastructure for workers to benefit from greater flexible working as well as provide the infrastructure for Welsh businesses to participate in global markets.
Guaranteed high speed connections would also allow for the necessary conditions for greater participation in research and development around new technologies making Wales more of a go to location for technological innovation.
